Born April 12th 2000. He is nine years old going on twenty-eight. He is such a big boy and he is so smart. He is one of the top readers in his class, and was doing fourth grade work while all his classmates were still doing third grade level. He was honored by being given the chance to participate in the G.A.T.E. program this past school year. Now Joe has moved onto the fourth grade mastering the third grade. I am so proud of my big boy! Between school work and helping me with his little brother he finds himself reading a book, on the computer, listening to music or playing some game system. Joe knows more about all our technical and electrical gadgets then I do. So when ever I need help I have my technical support handy! Joe enjoys expanding his knowledge which makes him always eager to learn something new. As of now Joe wants to be a inventor for NASA and as well as be a scientist. He wants to invent the new and improved machines to allow us to explore the world. And change the world with his interpretation of our DNA. Lets hope one or both ideas stick with him. I know he can do and be anything that he puts his mind to.
